Cost

vehicle parking 5 euros – ALU1 (the daily price 5 euros starts from the first minute of parking)
Vehicle parking with watercraft slip (from the designated place) 10 euros – ALU2

The following are exempt from the parking fee in ALU1 zone:

A resident of Alutaguse municipality who has a valid citizen’s card of Alutaguse municipality placed on the dashboard of the vehicle, with the card number and date of validity on the upper side;
a driver with a mobility impairment or a driver of a vehicle serving a blind person in possession of a parking card provided for in the Traffic Act (in this case the car is also allowed to enter the road towards Kauksi beach building for dropoff, but not to park in the parking lot intended for employees);
emergency vehicle driver.

NB!

The only parking machine in the period June 1 – August 31, 2024 is located at the intersection of Kauksi-Kuru road [153] and Rannapromenaadi (location on Google maps). A ticket purchased from a parking machine (cash or card) is valid in all paid parking lots on the north coast of Peipsi lake from Kauks village to Vasknarva village (ALU1). A Ticket purchased from the machine is valid for 24h prom the time of the purchase.
In other locations and in the period 1 September – 31 May in Kauksi, it is possible to pay for parking only via mobile parking (parking application or SMS).

How to park with a mobile phone?

With mobile APPs (zone ALU1):

Parking via SMS:

Send an SMS to number 1902 (Telia, TELE2, Elisa customers).
Determine the parking zone (see ALU+number on the information board).
In the message, write: your car number, space, zone (for example: 111ABC ALU1)
Wait for the message confirming the start of parking and make sure that parking has started.
When finished, call 1903 (Telia, TELE2, Elisa customers). Parkimine lõpeb automaatselt kell 23:59.
The starting fee for mobile operator parking is 0.32 euros.
The mobile parking ends automatically at 23:59 at the day of purchasing.

Foundation Alutagusemaa parking rules

The parking organizer is the Alutagusemaa Foundation, the parking operator is EuroPark Estonia OÜ.
The parking order is valid from 01.04.2024

There are paid parking areas in the following private parking lots:

1. Alajõe village:
1.1 Külaplatsi property (cadastral code 12201:001:1006);
NB! The lot at the northern side of the road leading to the singing stage belongs to different owner and has different prices and local parking order (information from the ice-cream box).
1.2 Jõekalda property (cadastral code 12201:001:1015) parking lot
1.3 Jõe tn. 12c property (cadastral code 13001:001:1050) parking lot
1.4 Sadama tee property (cadastral code 13001:001:1051)

2. Kauksi village:
2.1 Ojataguse parking lot property (cadastral code 22401:001:0614);

3. Vasknarva village:

Organization of paid parking in private parking lots:

1. Parking lot charges are valid all year round (01.01.-31.12). Parking conditions are indicated on the information board at the entrance to the parking lots and additionally in front of the parking area.

2. The parking fee rate is 5 euros per day for parking one motor vehicle. It is possible to buy a daily ticket for the parking fee in the period from June 1 to August 31 at the parking machine at the intersection of Kauksi-Kuru tee [153] and Rannapromenaadi in cash or by card payment, mobile parking and parking with applications such as Europark, Pargi.ee and ParkMan are available all year round.
2.1 A monthly ticket costs 50 euros per motor vehicle, and for four consecutive months of the season (for example, 01.05-31.08), the ticket costs 150 euros. You can pre-order monthly ticket and a season ticket by sending an e-mail with the content: “car number, first and last name, e-mail address” (required for issuing an invoice) to the address info@alutagusemaa.ee, +372 53 068 680.
2.2 All prices include VAT.

3. By starting to park in the parking area, the parking conditions are considered to be accepted by the driver of the vehicle and the contract for the use of the parking space is concluded between the driver of the vehicle and the parking lot operator.

4. The payment of the parking fee and the right to park is proved by:
4.1 valid parking ticket;
4.2 parking permit;
4.3 parking card for a disabled person’s vehicle;
4.4 alarm and pursuit vehicle sign;
4.5 Citizen card of Alutaguse municipality placed on the dashboard of the vehicle, card number and date of validity on the upper side.

5. The document proving the right to park must be mounted on the windshield or dashboard of the motor vehicle in such a way that it is possible to identify the paid parking time or the validity of the document from outside the motor vehicle. The driver must keep the parking ticket until leaving the paid parking area.

6. SA Alutagusemaa may exempt the parking fee based on a justified request:
6.1 a person who serves Kauksi, Alajõe and Vasknarva bathing beaches;
6.2 a person who organizes paid parking or directly provides security services or coast guard services;
6.3 in other cases based on public interests.

7. The following are exempt from the parking fee:
7.1 a driver with mobility impairments or a driver of a vehicle serving a blind person in the presence of a parking card provided for in the Traffic Act;
7.2 emergency vehicle driver;
7.3 A resident of Alutaguse municipality who has a valid citizen’s card of Alutaguse municipality placed on the dashboard of the vehicle, with the card number and date of validity on the upper side.

8. In the parking lots, the parking attendants carry out checks.

9. In case of violation of the parking agreement, the rate of the agreed fine is up to 60 euros. If the violation continues, at least 24 hours after the previous penalty claim, a new penalty claim can be submitted. Payment of the fine does not replace the payment of the parking fee.

10. Regarding the issued fine, the driver of the vehicle has the opportunity to submit a justified claim/objection to EuroPark OÜ (+372 661 0223, www.europark.ee) within 7 days from the determination of the fine.
